Visit Toyotomi roadside station to experience the only place in the region where you can sample freshly pressed Yamanashi wine nuo, including exclusive releases from local wineries like the annual 11th of November wine nuo debut. Beyond wine, discover the rare tsuyaki sweet potato—roasted in traditional clay ovens and sold exclusively here—alongside seasonal farm-fresh vegetables grown in the station’s own demonstration fields, including the prized Kōraishō corn and heirloom varieties of radish and burdock.

• Best Arrival Time: Visit between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM on weekdays to secure the first selection of fresh mountain vegetables, including wild greens and seasonal root vegetables, which are displayed daily at the vegetable counter.
