Rosemary Park stands out as the only roadside station in South Boso where visitors can taste the region’s exclusive Jersey milk ice cream, crafted daily from locally raised cows. Home to the only on-site artisanal cheese-making demonstration in the area, it offers a rare chance to watch traditional methods in action. The on-site market, Hanamaru Ichiba, features seasonal wild greens and hand-harvested local honey—flavors found nowhere else.

• Best Arrival Time: Arrive by 9:30 AM on weekends to secure a seat at the bakery counter, where fresh milk bread from the on-site bakery is released daily and often sells out by 11:00 AM.

• Hidden Gems: Visit the deli counter at the hanamaru market between 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM to find the limited daily batch of local fermented soybean paste (nattō) made by a nearby artisan producer, available only during peak hours.
